The University of Georgia chapters of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and Student Interior Design Association (SIDA) would like to invite you to attend the Third Annual Product Expo on Monday, November 12, 2012 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This event was created to help students learn more about the products and materials used in today’s design world. Students are the future of the industry and our wish is to expose them to as many products and materials as possible. However, this year we have decided to open our expo to professional designers as well. With these two student chapters coming together to host this event, we are looking to include a variety of commercial and residential products. Our slogan for this event is: Get Informed. Get Involved. Get Inspired. We hope that all students and designers walk away from this expo knowing more about the products being used, having made new contacts with other peers and professionals within the industry, and are inspired with new ideas for their projects. Please be aware that we are extending invitations to schools throughout the Southeast as well as professionals in the design community, so we are expecting our largest crowd yet! This year our focus is bridging the connection between the design industry and students, in doing so, we need your help!
