This Halloween Weekend, Athens Fashion Collective teams up with the Georgia Theatre to bring you a fashion show that frees boundaries through the element of reinvention and disguise. Athens Fashion Collective takes their fifth multi-media production to new heights with: Sustainable Fall collections by local designers Community Service and Alexandra Parsons, geisha-adorned Harouki Zombies spearheaded by Of Montreal’s Nina Barnes, trapeze routines from Canopy Studio, the Georgia Theatre Art Gallery featuring a historic textile collection sponsored by UGA’s Fashion Merchandising & Textile Design departments, wearable sculpture by students from the Lamar Dodd School of Art, art installations crafted from repurposed material, music and DJs, projections, and a remembrance of what it means to dream.
