Description: Please come out and support the Athens Titans Power (Wheelchair) Soccer Team! We are a Power Soccer Team from Athens, GA and we are accepting pledges to buy equipment and to host our US Power Soccer Association League Day on January 12, 2013 at the Lay Park Gym. Our Roll-A-Thon is like a Walk-A-Thon, except we will be rolling in Manual Wheelchairs and Power Chairs, 20 Laps around the YMCA’s regulation track, for a total of 5 miles. Those participants in Power Chairs will have two team members to push them while in manual mode. This is not an easy feat---but we are willing to work for our cause! Any donation will be greatly appreciated and is tax deductable. Times: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
