Mark your calendars for Athens Area Annual Dog Show! March 16, 2013 Event starts a 9:30am to Event ends at 3pm Admission: No cost to public Benefiting: Pet Zone Rescue I had an idea for an event. Where people could come together, show off their dogs, bring their friends and family, laugh, dance, be silly , win some prizes, and raise money to help protect other dogs not as fortunate as ours. A dog show. Not a pet-agree one. But one with categories like: costumes, silly pet tricks, or look a likes. We encourage people to be creative. You could skip in the ring with your dog, pull them in a wagon, dress them up as a horse and you as the cowboy. Let your imagination run wild and have fun. Well last year we had a blast and plan the same this year! Come out and join he fun!!! All while helping raise money for Pet Zone Rescue, the funds will be used to feed the dogs, and help with the cost of shelter expenses as well as vet bills until they can find their forever homes.
