GENERAL CONDITIONS:  All of our Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Georgia.  Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability and claim prize within the prescribed time limits and methods set by Southern Broadcasting Winner’s guest(s) must also sign and return a Release of Publicity and Liability prior to travel. In the event of noncompliance, if a winner cannot be reached at the phone number, e-mail or mailing address on that winner’s entry, of if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All winners must be 18 years of age or 21 years of age win deemed by law.  All Prizes not picked up are forfeited after 30 days.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash.  No prize transfer permitted.  No substitutions of any prizes will be offered, except if that prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Limit one prize per person or household, and limit one winner per household per 30 days.   Southern Broadcasting , in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.  Southern Broadcasting is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.  Southern Broadcasting has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice.  To the extent that any prize consists of airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, Southern Broadcasting is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or overbooking.  Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win a Southern Broadcasting contest only once every thirty days and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every 12 months.  Southern Broadcasting reserves  the right to extend the  (30) day rule to the length of a specific contest.  Any additional costs related to prize(s) that are incurred as a result of accepting a prize(s) is the sole responsibility of the winner.  Southern Broadcasting is not responsible for delivery of prize(s) to winner.  All taxes, registration or other fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinners.  By participating and accepting a prize each winner grants to the Sponsor, (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing), and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time(s), the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes with additional compensation or review. 
 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  All entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities and all other associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use/misuse of the prizes, including but limited to liability for personal injury, bodily injury including wrongful death, damages to property, and damage or loss of any other kind.  Sweepstake Entities are not responsible for prize quality or utility.  Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction or loss of service to telephone lines due to overload, busy signals or any other factor, or of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers.  Sponsor is not responsible for use cheating or fraud by any entrants.  Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.  If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, worm or bugs, tampering unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.  As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Southern Broadcasting reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Southern Broadcasting Management if world events, the national mood or public safety so warrant.  All rules subject to change at any time, Sponsor will not be help responsible for errors or omissions in said rules.  Decisions of station management with respect to contests are final.
