Tom Cruise's Divorce Willl Cost Him A Lot Legal documents for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' split have leaked. The papers claim that the couple's marriage was over for six months before Holmes filed for divorce. Tom must pay $400,000 a year to cover Suri’s “medical, dental, insurance, education, college, and camp expenses.” But people are saying the actor got out easy -- the divorce only cost him $4.8 million of his estimated $250 million fortune.
