HEALTHCARE HEROES | WEEK #3

Britt Sartain

-Recently retired from Gwinnett County Fire & currently works at Walton County Emergency Services as a paramedic

“My brother-in-law has been a Paramedic/Firefighter for over 25 years. He has a heart that truly cares about what he does. They don’t make a lot of money and he knows that. He does his job because he truly cares and loves what he does. He is a Christian man and is an amazing person, Father, and Husband. He puts his life on the line every time he leaves his house to go to work. I would love to be able to honor him for the job that he does. Please seriously consider Britt Sartain to be honored as a Healthcare Hero. He DESERVES IT.”

HEALTHCARE HEROES | WEEK #2

Natalie Morris

“I’d like to Nominate my sweet Step Daughter Natalie Morris for your Healthcare Hero contest. Natalie is a Travel Nurse who is devoted to her job. She lives in Columbus Georgia with her family but travels to Braselton on a weekly basis as she is a ICU nurse who works at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton. Natalie is caring, compassionate, and really enjoys helping those in her care and in times of need. She always has a smile on her face and is always ready to be there for her patients, their families and her coworkers. It would really mean so much to me if Natalie got picked for such a meaningful contest. It would show her just how much we appreciate her being a Healthcare Hero during these days and times. Thank you!”

HEALTHCARE HEROES | WEEK #1

Laura Davis

“My friend Laura Davis is a registered nurse and social worker and she has worked extensively with COVID patients throughout the pandemic. When the healthcare crisis first started she fearlessly traveled the country taking care of COVID patients where she was most needed. She worked in New York City at the height of their crisis, as well as in Nevada and a prison in Idaho. She is back home in Athens now where she is selflessly taking care of patients in their homes as a hospice nurse at Bridgeway Hospice. Laura is the most caring and giving person I know and if anyone deserves recognition for their contributions to the healthcare field it is her.”
