The North Downtown Athens Master Plan presents a vision for the future redevelopment of Bethel Midtown Village apartments and the surrounding neighborhood on the northern edge of Downtown Athens. After a year of listening, brainstorming, and collecting ideas and feedback, this video previews the elements contained in the final plan. Please note that the plan has not yet been finalized and your feedback is welcome!

The plan envisions a safe, walkable, equitable, and sustainable community with high-quality housing, connection to Downtown, and access to greenspace and community services for existing and future residents. Special focus was placed on preserving and expanding the supply of affordable housing in the study area.
