Dogs set for another showdown with Bama

Their regular season-ending win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets behind them, the undefeated and top-ranked Georgia Bulldogs gear up for their second straight trip to Atlanta: they will play the Alabama Crimson Tide in Saturday’s SEC Championship game, a contest that will kick at 4 o’clock in Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, with national television on CBS.

From Connor Riley, DawgNation...

Georgia had little trouble on Saturday against Georgia Tech. The Bulldogs dominated their in-state rival, winning 45-0. It was the 11th straight win for the Bulldogs to come by at least 17 points.

The Bulldogs continue to occupy the No. 1 spot in the AP Poll, as the Bulldogs once again sit atop the rankings. Georgia holds the No. 1 in this week’s Coaches Poll as well.
