Braves throw combined 1-hitter in series opening win against Cubs

The Braves opened up their three-game series against the Cubs with a 5-2 victory Tuesday night in Atlanta.

Four pitchers combined on a one-hitter as the Braves improved to 29-13, the best record in the major leagues.

Didier Fuentes worked three scoreless innings of relief to pick up his second win of the year.
