ATHENS — Georgia tight end Elyiss Williams told reporters on Tuesday that the play he scored on in Georgia’s 63-3 win over Tennessee State was practiced over and over and over again in the offseason.
What was not planned was for the 6-foot-7 Williams to land on his head as he scored.
“I do need to work on that landing,” Williams said. “That’s what some of my coaches have said, for sure.”
